Ben Siddall brings over a decade of engineering expertise and more than six years of management experience to his role as Company Director. His data-driven approach, meticulous attention to detail, and strong background in managing systems and processes provide a significant advantage in the UK property market. With experience in computer science, Ben seamlessly integrates technology with property investment strategies, optimizing decision-making and operational efficiency. Throughout his award winning engineering and management career, Ben successfully managed a multi-million-pound department, excelling in sales, business development, and operational oversight. This wealth of experience makes him exceptionally qualified to lead the company in acquiring and developing high-yielding properties across the UK.
What Do We Do?
At The Siddall Property Group, we specialize in strategic investments within the UK residential property market. Our approach involves acquiring properties at competitive, below-market rates, often focusing on those that require extensive refurbishment. By leveraging a combination of our own capital and investor funds, we transform these properties into high-quality homes.
Upon completion of each project, we refinance the properties through re-mortgaging, allowing us to return capital to our investors while securing long-term, cash-flowing assets for our portfolio.
In addition to our core investment activities, we operate a property trading division. This segment of our business involves selling select refurbished properties for a profit, which we then reinvest into new projects. This strategy not only generates additional capital but also accelerates the growth of our property portfolio.
Our primary focus is on high-yield residential properties, including Buy-to-Let (BTL) investments, Serviced Accommodation (such as Airbnb and Booking.com listings), and social housing. By concentrating on these sectors, we ensure that our investments deliver consistent returns while meeting the diverse needs of the housing market.
